On 15 and 16 May 2026, the entire CUBE team came together at the Resort Country Club, Manesar for the second edition of CUBE Exponent - our annual two-day company gathering. Across engaging team presentations, a felicitation ceremony, a cultural evening, and a full day of outdoor and indoor activities, Exponent 2026 brought every department under one roof for something that goes beyond work: a moment to pause, recognize the journey, and celebrate the people driving it forward. More than an event, it's become the moment the CUBE team looks forward to most every year.

Every great product is built by great people. And once a year, CUBE brings all of those people together - not to talk about roadmaps or metrics, but to celebrate what the team has built, recognize the effort behind it, and look ahead with energy and intent.

That's what CUBE Exponent is. And in 2026, it was bigger, warmer, and more memorable than ever.

The Energy in the Room

There's something that happens when an entire company is in the same room. The conversations that usually happen over Slack or in quick calls suddenly become real. You see the faces behind the work. You hear the stories behind the numbers.

Exponent 2026 opened with that exact energy - a formal start that quickly gave way to something more alive. Each team took the stage and shared what they'd been building, solving, and shipping. Watching every function present side by side made something clear that often gets lost in the day-to-day: every team at CUBE is moving in the same direction, just from different angles.

The presentations weren't just updates. They were proof - of focus, of progress, and of a team that takes its work seriously without losing sight of why the work matters.

Where Ideas Got Competitive

But Exponent 2026 had something new this year - an AI Hackathon that brought out a side of the team not everyone gets to see.

Teams came together across functions, rolled up their sleeves, and built. Under real constraints, with real ideas, and a healthy amount of competitive energy in the room. It was one of those moments that reminded everyone what this team is genuinely capable of when given the space and the challenge to think differently.

The ideas that came out of it? Worth a conversation of their own - and we'll be sharing more on that soon.

The Moment That Meant the Most

If there was one moment that captured the spirit of Exponent 2026, it was the felicitation.

Seeing colleagues recognized in front of the whole company - for their effort, their impact, their consistency - is a reminder that great work doesn't go unnoticed at CUBE. It also raises the bar for everyone in the room, quietly and powerfully.

Recognition done right doesn't just feel good for the person receiving it. It reminds everyone what excellent looks like.

When the Work Stopped and the Fun Started

And then - the evening happened.

Dance, team games, dinner, a poolside get-together that stretched well past when anyone planned to stay. This is the part of Exponent that people talk about for weeks after. Where the professional layers come off, where you see a completely different side of your colleagues, and where the team stops being the people you work with and starts being something more.

Day Two: No Agenda, Just Together

The second day was exactly what everyone needed after the energy of Day 1 - time to breathe, compete, laugh, and just exist as a team outside of any work context. Outdoor activities in the morning, indoor fun in the afternoon, and a lunch in between that nobody was in a hurry to leave.

No presentations. No deliverables. Just the team, fully present.

What Exponent Really Stands For

CUBE Exponent started in 2024 as a first of its kind. In 2026, it has grown into something the entire team looks forward to - a moment to pause, reflect, celebrate, and realign.

It's a reminder that the platform we're building - one that helps construction teams collaborate, coordinate, and deliver better - is itself built by a team that lives those same values every day.

Every department, every function, every individual contributing to something larger than their own role. That's what makes CUBE, CUBE.

Here's to the year ahead - and to Exponent 2027.
