Problem Statement
The CP-02 G+43 Mixed-Use Development project required a centralized system to manage BIM workflows, version control, and stakeholder coordination. Access to large BIM files was inefficient, and correspondences were fragmented across platforms, leading to delays and miscommunication.Despite having BIM models, the team relied on CAD-based estimation tools, which limited productivity.
The use of multiple disconnected software solutions increased costs and complexity. A unified platform was needed to streamline document control, enable cost-effective BIM workflows, and improve cross-functional collaboration.
